- Give us a call, we will need your first, last name, address and a brief description of the issue
- We will give you a time and appointment date, soon after you will receive a text confirming your appointment
- On the scheduled appointment date, you will receive a text 2hrs. prior to your appointment time as a reminder
- Also, our technician will send you a text message 15- 30 min before your appointment letting you know he is on his way.
- We will look at any issues that need to be resolved and can provide you with an quote before any work is begun.
- In most cases we complete the repair same day
