Sprinkler System Winterization $185
- Insulate up to 5 hose bibs with hard plastic insulated cover
- Insulate exposed irrigation mainline
- Insulate exposed home water line
- Turn off backflow device and drain water
- Connect compressed air line to blow out water from irrigation mainline
- Activate each irrigation valve to allow lateral to gravity drain
- Turn irrigation controller off
- up to 12’ of insulation for winterization service
Sprinkler system Check-up (up to 8 zones) $45
- Verifying proper zone valve operation by manually activating from your controller
- Evaluating irrigation system by inspecting & testing individual zones
- Checking system for proper operating pressure (low pressure could indicate a line break, missing sprinkler head, or faulty valve)
- Sprinkler head evaluation and adjustment for proper rotation and proper watering coverage
- Re-program irrigation controller to proper watering schedule
- One year warranty on all parts and labor (excludes third party damage).
- $5 dollars for each addational zone
